Our recruitment process for Expatriate teachers

Starting your journey at ILA Vietnam is simple. We have a streamlined 4-step process:

1. Application form

We strive to reply with your application results within 24 hours after submission. Kindly check your mailbox for any updates, including interview instructions.

2. Interview

You will speak with a member of ILA’s Academic Management team, in which we hope to learn more about you and give you a chance to learn more about us as well.

3. Offer

Successful candidates will be contacted with a job offer containing information regarding compensations and benefits.

4. Onboarding

We welcome every new teacher to ILA with an in-person induction training which lasts 1 week. During the onboarding process we will help you get prepared for the classroom, start your paperwork for your visa and work permit applications and help you get settled in Vietnam.
